My name is Juana Williams and I am a fitness fanatic, wife, mother of 4 & studio owner! My mission in life is to combat obesity and health related disease/disorders through Faith & Fitness. I have spend the past 16 years Managing in Corporate America and have both a Bachelor's in Business Management and an Associates Degree in Business. I also hold several certification ranging from Treatment Foster Parenting to Group Fitness, Personal Training, Boot Camp Fitness & Zumba Instructor. I have always had a passion for fitness and have been blessed to live my dream as a motivator, mentor and leader in the fitness industry. I am certified in CPR & First Aid so you can feel safe while taking my classes. Having lost 45lbs. over 6+ years ago, I understand the struggles of losing weight and what it takes to maintain it. Not only will I teach you how to excel, my knowledge is a combination of book & personal experiences.

Lindsay Dollinger is a Spanish Teacher and Phenomenal Zumba Instructor! Her love for the Spanish language & culture has been an inspiration into her desire to teach Latin Dance. She is creative, energetic, motivating and inspirational and constantly challenges her class to work hard and have fun!

Stacey Litton is a graduate of Rio Grande with a degree in Special Education. Just like she gives her all to her students, she gives her all in each and every Zumba Class. Stacey's high energy is a crowd pleaser and her choreography keeps the heart pumping and class smiling!

Euleetha Pringle is a Volunteer Personal Training who has a passion for helping others and hopes to one day become a Physical Therapist. Having faced many obstacles with a double knee injury, she has perfected the art of modifying movements so that even those needing a low impact workout can reach maximum results. She teaches boot camp as well as tummy & tush by providing these modifications for those in need.

Debbie gives it her all each and every time she steps foot in the studio and is leading her many Zumba followers to a healthier more active lifestyle. She also does private events and parties.
